John is a trusted friend of mine. through the use of dry needling, manual therapies, and exercise protocols, he was able to provide quick relief to issues that I was having with both my lower back and my shoulder. He possesses a deep understanding of biomechanics and has not only helped with corrections of body movement, but optimized power output into weightlifting. If you want to make strides in your training, seek his help!

Throughout my training for CrossFit,  semifinals and other big competitions, I have run into issues and pains stemming from my neck, low back, and shoulders. By getting spine manipulation, dry needling, and exercise protocol modifications, I have been able to train around and through these injuries. John has taught me so much and improved my understanding of how to come back from injury and keep my body healthy. Since we started working together I have not had any weightlifting or CrossFit related injuries that held me back for more than 2 weeks time. I have also noticed significantly less week to week pains when following his maintenance protocols.

I have also done 26 weeks of the performance lactate testing for both base endurance and improving my high thresholds. I have noticed night and day performance benefits. John has helped me to understand how easy to go on my easy days, and how hard I need to push on my hard days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to all competitive athletes.

As an avid athlete in his senior years, using a physical therapist has often been part of staying healthy and active. After a recent typical knee cartilage issue, I sought a therapist who would pay close attention to my interest to efficiently returning to an extremely active lifestyle without sacrificing the ability to heal as best as possible.

Upon checking out the service provider (John), I found he was completely verse in the topic. He listened to me and identified treatment theories, which could be well-established or a relatively new treatment. Unfortunately, having a history of using PT services, I know when a therapist is passionate about their profession and equally passionate in their interest to inform the patient in a way the patient understands. John is a top notch therapist striving constantly to become even more versed, rather than those who assume their knowledge is adequate.

Despite living in Boston, my trips to Bedford, NH are worth the excellent attention and care. The analysis process is thorough, and he spends the time to explain every aspect of the analysis and the reasons for each specific treatment. This level of attention helps me regularly attend to my exercises between visits.

As we know, most of our progress comes from the work we do outside the visit to the therapist. The exercises ranged from walking and posture drills, band work, performing range of motion drills, and using weights. My daily life has returned to normal, and for me this means riding a bicycle 200 miles every week. If there was any issue with my knee, this amount of cycling activity would not be possible. It is a pleasure to work with John, and equally important my physical issue was resolved.

You may want to consider checking for yourself.
